Ally Perreault MA, BCBA, LBA
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona and Washington. After working in IT consulting and management for many years, I became immersed in the ABA field when my son was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) at the age of 4. My initial training in ABA was at the Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center (SARRC) in Phoenix, AZ. This led me to become active in the ASD community by creating a local parent support group, advocating for services, and facilitating social skills groups. Inspired by how impactful ABA was on my son and family, I attained my M.A. in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. I received my clinical training with leading clinicians specializing in ASD in Seattle, Washington. After several years in the Pacific Northwest, I am thrilled to be back at home in sunny Arizona where I enjoy catching every amazing sunrise and sunset I can with my husband, son, and black lab, Leo.
Our Team
After receiving his Bachelors of Art in General Psychology, Austin began his career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). He learned how behavior analysis could be an answer to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. This led him to research master programs in ABA. After some research, he settled on studying at the new Arizona State University (ASU) in-person program. He loved learning in depth from astute professors within the program. He then worked with the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) population as a Master level RBT. He looks forward to expanding his skills in ABA and contributing to expanding the scope of ABA to societal levels through group selection (e.g., Prosocial).
When not at work, Austin enjoys spending time with his family, dogs, golfing and listening to audiobooks. Austin is also bilingual from spending 2 years in Argentina before starting his career in ABA.

Alysia Malanche BT
Alysia has a Bachelors of science in Psychology from Arizona State University. She is grateful for being a part at such a crucial time in these kiddos’ lives. What’s most fascinating to me about working with kids is watching how their sense of identity takes place in their learning: their personalities naturally flow into learning; their learning produces proactive behaviors they’ll use for a lifetime. Alysia’s favorite things to do in her spare time are spending time with her friends and family, listening to music, and trying new things!
